Hemp seeds are a rich source of valuable nutrients, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids and fiber.
Cook a few potatoes (better in jackets) and sprinkle them with hemp salt. Hemp seeds go very well with sour cream butter. Try them sprinkled on sandwiches or various spreads, enhance the flavour and nutritional value of buckwheat or other porridges. Use generously for a more intense flavor.
